Robert W. Dziubla

Robert W. Dziubla is President and CEO of the investment banking firm of Kenworth Capital located in La Jolla, California. A graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law and a Senior Fulbright Fellow in Japanese Corporate and Securities Law at the University of Kyoto, Mr. Dziubla speaks both fluent Japanese and Chinese. He is a Managing Partner of Noblemen Counselors at Law, a California and Nevada company which provides legal counsel to a wide variety of US and international clients on international business and finance matters, and has been a partner in the prestigious law firms of Baker & McKenzie and Jones Day Reavis & Pogue.

Winston H. Lee:

Winston H. Lee is the Chairman and CEO of Strait Ventures Olympic, Ltd. and SVO Private Equity, Ltd., both headquartered in Shanghai, China. He is a proven investment banker with over 25 years of experience in the Asian business community, and is a co-founder of Gateway Communications (Asia) Ltd., FarEasTone Telecommunications (Taiwan) and is a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley (Asia/Hong Kong). Mr. Lee maintains residence in Shanghai, China, was educated in the United States, and speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.

David F. Brown:

David Brown has more than thirty years of experience in corporate law, finance and management. He has direct operating experience as Chairman & CEO of several public companies, and extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, tender offers, leveraged and management buyouts, and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, traditional debt, equity and hybrid offerings (public and private) and structured financings of various kinds. Michael J. Brown:

Michael Brown has more than thirty years of experience in corporate operations and finance. Mike and Dave are brothers who have worked together on a number of operating and transactional matters. Mike has extensive experience in a wide array of businesses, including such household names as Mobil Oil Corporation, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., Norton Simon, Inc., Comdisco, Inc., Bernard Chaus, Inc. and a host of other companies. Richard D.
