Trafalgar Holdings, LLC, together with its affiliates, provide merchant banking and advisory services to a limited number of corporate clients on a worldwide basis. The Company provides senior level attention to the developing company seeking debt and equity capital, sophisticated managerial advisory services, and creative financial solutions that have been brought about through years of highly diversified partner experience. By maintaining a network of experienced affiliates the Company is able to provide its limited client base with the global services needed to succeed in today's rapidly shifting economic environment.

Using its diversified partner experience and its geographical base of affiliates the Company, with primary offices in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California, is by practical design capable of developing solutions and meeting client challenges that other firms cannot, or will not, solve. Unusual to smaller merchant banking companies, Trafalgar has a broad global view of the capital markets and is comfortable in meeting and solving multiple currency transactions and shifting patterns and trends in capital conversion.

Trafalgar Holdings consists of two principal managing members and a total of thirteen associates with highly diversified backgrounds. Six associates are legally trained, two have broad offshore financial experience, three have had significant offshore managerial and operating experience and two have an extensive background in mortgage banking and loan syndication. All are non-conventional thinkers dedicated to the total success of the Company's client base.

To date, the Firm's management has collectively handled over US $ 20 billion in both public and private corporate financing transactions, acquired or directly invested in transactions totaling in excess of US $ 5 billion, and have managed the direction and operational aspects of single ventures employing up to 20,000 employees.
